OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service. This fee helps cover our time lost.
OUR DEPOSIT POLICY
We will require a deposit from clients who are having colour services requiring more than 3 hours of work. This deposit will vary depending on the service. You will be asked to pay your deposit at the time of booking, and this can be made via bank deposit, cash or eftpos. This deposit is a part-payment towards your service and is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Should you fail to arrive for your appointment, unfortunately you will forfeit your deposit.
SKIN TESTING POLICY
We advise a skin test before your colour service however if you are adamant that you would not like a skin test, or you cannot attend the salon for one prior to your appointment, we will require you to sign a disclaimer acknowledging that you waive any responsibility for any reaction that may occur as a result of your colour application. Please note: there is no skin test we can perform for sensitivity to lightener on the scalp.
Please note: Bookings are essential and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
